How Does XEOMIN Work?
Wrinkle treatments with XEOMIN at Signature Wellness usually take less than 30 minutes and can be completed in our procedure room at the conclusion of your consultation. The parts of the face being treated will be cleaned and sterilized before XEOMIN is meticulously injected with a small, thin dermal needle. The procedure is quick and generally does not cause great discomfort, so local anesthesia is not required, but it's available upon request. Cold compresses and pressure will be applied to the treatment site to prevent minor bleeding before you leave.
What to Expect After Wrinkle Treatment with XEOMIN
Following your XEOMIN treatment, you will be able to leave our facility and resume your normal activities, but heavy, strenuous activities should be avoided until the next day. You may want to sleep with your head elevated and use cold compresses as needed to speed healing and results. You may experience some bruising, swelling, and redness near the injection sites, but this should heal on its own and can be easily covered up with makeup. Many individuals will see visible improvements in 3 – 4 days following their XEOMIN injection, which should last approximately three months.
